Musically inclined at an early age, Brad A Taylor also known as Taylor Made It, has never lost his niche. Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, he took special interest in becoming a musician while playing the trumpet throughout his younger years. His mother, who was a pianist, always instilled in him the importance of following his dreams and doing what you love. So with that foundation, making memorable music became his mission.

 

Brad coined the name “Taylor Made It” because of his father’s early influence of golf in his life. Attending college at North Carolina A&T State University, Taylor Made It participated in the band and was privileged to earn an internship with Atlantic Records. While interning with Atlantic, he had the opportunity to meet and promote various artist such as: T.I., Fat Joe, Wayne Wonder, Sean Paul, Nappy Roots, and several others. Some of his most notable accomplishments thus far include Production credit for Grammy Nominated Trin-i-tee 5:7, XXL Magazine online, Prive Hair Commercials (aired on BET, MTV, Tyra Banks, and Oprah), Brashtag, Derrick Graham Educational Commercial, and numerous independent recording projects.

 

After graduating, he decided to move to Atlanta, GA in order to further pursue his passion. Unsure what avenues he wanted to venture in, Taylor Made It began experimenting on the creative side of music. After a year of fine tuning his sound he began working with local artists and participating in many producer beat battles.

Since then Taylor Made It has had the opportunity to work with many independent recording artist and various media outlets. He’s also had the opportunity to intern for Atlanta’s well known Patchwerk Recording Studios “I Do Music”.

 

The music industry is about endurance. Understanding that in time you will reach your plateau is easier said than done for many. Taylor Made It shares his sentiments on what perseverance means to him, “I 'm really proud of the fact that I never will or have given up on being a creator of music. I believe most musicians get discouraged because they never make it to the level they desire. My accomplishment is completed when I create music that people can feel and not the dollar amount it potentially may bring. I know the creativity and determination will pay off big in due time. I just enjoy turning what I love to do most into a career I will pursue for life.”

 

Taylor Made It sound cannot be predicted and his influences come from a wide array of musicians. His motivation is to make quality music as well as to uplift and motivate future musicians. Never losing sight of why he makes music is what sets him apart from many. His goal is to produce timeless material and continue to build a name for his self. Focused and driven, gives a quick yet accurate description of him. It is inevitable for Taylor Made It’s persistence and hard work to continue to pay off.
